Mark Heflin

For sixteen years, Mark has successfully completed hundreds of executive search assignments for Venture Capital and Private Equity backed technology companies in SaaS, Consumer Internet and Mobile, Infrastructure Software and eCommerce, at Endeavor and his own firm, Heflin & Associates. Prior to founding his firm, Mark worked in senior sales and executive management positions with companies including MAI Basic Four, Easel Corporation and AVID Technologies. Avid was Greylock backed and grew through an IPO to reach $500M+ in sales and dominated the new digital video editing market.
 
Mark had the privilege of growing up in Hawaii on Oahu and graduating from Punahou with some characters! He spent four years at Drake University and currently splits his time between San Francisco and Orange County. He loves helping great clients land top talent and outside of work is passionate about his wife and three boys. He’s often out surfing, being humbled on the golf course, climbing a hill on his mountain bike or listening to great live music – his favorite from Ryan Heflin!
